You can request deletion of your NullVPN account and associated app data by emailing support from the email address used for your account.
How To Request Deletion
- Email support@null-vpn.com from your NullVPN account email.
- Use the subject line: Delete my NullVPN account.
- Include the email address of the account you want deleted.
What We Delete
- Your NullVPN account record.
- VPN device records linked to your account.
- Refresh tokens, verification codes, and app access records linked to your account.
- Monthly bandwidth records linked to your account.
- Referral records linked to your account.
What May Be Retained
Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, tax, or legal records may be retained when required by law or by our payment processor. NullVPN does not store full payment card details.
Before You Request Deletion
Account deletion permanently removes VPN access and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop future billing, cancel your subscription from the Billing tab first.
