Data We Collect

• Account email, password hash, plan, billing status, referral code, and trial status.
• Aggregate monthly bandwidth totals needed to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Device records needed to provide VPN access, including device name, device identifier, selected server, and assigned access details.
• Payment and subscription identifiers from our payment processor. Full card details are handled by that processor and are not stored by NullVPN.
• Marketing event data from public website visits and waitlist submissions when Meta Pixel is enabled.

Data We Do Not Log

• No browsing history.
• No DNS query logs.
• No VPN connection timestamp logs tied to your identity.
• No source IP to account activity logs.
• No private session secrets.
• No advertising profile or cross-app tracking data.

VPN Traffic And Encryption

NullVPN uses VPN and encryption technologies to create a user-requested secure tunnel between your device and our VPN servers. We do not use the Android VPN permission to serve ads, track users across apps, sell traffic data, or redirect traffic without user action.

Diagnostics And Support Logs

The app may generate diagnostic information needed to troubleshoot connection problems, such as app state, tunnel state, selected server, device model, operating system version, and recent service events. Full app logs are disabled by default. If you export or send logs to support, those logs are used only to diagnose and improve the service.

Third-Party Providers

We use third-party providers for payment processing, transactional email, infrastructure, app distribution, security, and advertising measurement. These providers receive only the information required to deliver or measure the service. Android app distribution through Google Play is also subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention

Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. VPN device records are removed when you revoke a device or close your account.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your NullVPN account and associated app data at Delete Your Account. Deletion removes your account, VPN device records, app access records, and account-linked bandwidth/referral records, except for limited records we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, security, tax, or legal obligations.

Security And App Updates

We use standard security controls such as HTTPS/TLS, encrypted VPN protocols, and platform app-signing systems where available. Updates distributed through Google Play may use Play App Signing, where Google signs optimized app packages delivered to Android devices.
